    Protek Films provides a limited lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and severe discoloration for our automotive tint films. To qualify for this warranty, you must:

    • Register your warranty with us within 30 days of installation.
    • Provide a clear copy of the receipt of installation from a professional tint installer.

    Failure to meet these requirements will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

    3. Legal Tint Limits and Compliance

    Window tinting laws vary significantly by state and territory in Australia. It is strictly the customer's responsibility to ensure that the tint levels (VLT - Visible Light Transmission) purchased and installed comply with local laws and regulations. Protek Films assumes no liability for fines, citations, or failed vehicle inspections resulting from non-compliant tint installations.

    Disclaimer: Darker tints may reduce visibility, especially at night or in adverse weather conditions. Always prioritize safety and legal compliance.

    4. Shipping and Delivery

    We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Protek Films is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

    5. Liability Limitations

    Protek Films shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the improper installation, misuse, or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
